What makes SafeProG different?

Most EHS software records what has already happened. SafeProG connects planning, execution, reporting, training and compliance into one platform, so an incident raises a corrective action, a lapsed competency blocks a permit, and the KPI dashboard reflects both without re-keying. gAnI works inside every workflow rather than as a standalone chatbot bolted to the side.

What is gAnI?

gAnI (Global AI EHS Intelligence) is SafeProG's embedded EHS assistant. It is built on Claude and given EHS-specific tools and context inside each module — it is not a general chatbot, and it is not a separately fine-tuned model. It helps users:

• Generate risk assessments and JSAs from an activity description
• Review RAMS and method statements, flagging where they are thin
• Recommend controls through the hierarchy of control
• Support incident investigation with root-cause analysis and suggest CAPA
• Answer jurisdiction-specific regulatory questions with the source cited
• Build training content from your own procedures
• Analyse contractor risk and surface predictive indicators

What roles can gAnI take on?

In practice gAnI stands in for several of the roles a small EHS team cannot always staff — specialist, advisor, coordinator, trainer and administrator. It drafts the assessment a specialist would write, answers the regulatory question an advisor would field, chases what a coordinator would chase, builds the course a trainer would prepare, and handles the paperwork an administrator would key in. A competent person still reviews and owns every output.

Does gAnI make decisions on its own?

No. gAnI produces drafts and analysis for review. It does not approve permits, sign off assessments, or make automated decisions about individuals. Every output is reviewed and accepted by a competent person before it is relied on, and the audit trail records whether a change was made by a person, the system, or suggested by gAnI.

Is SafeProG suitable for multiple projects?

Yes. One organisation manages multiple projects, contractors, departments and locations from a single platform, with permissions configurable by role and by seat tier.

Does SafeProG support international regulations?

Yes. Guidance adapts to the country selected, and the platform is aligned to internationally recognised standards including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, alongside local regulatory frameworks. The Legal Advisor maps your register against the obligations that actually apply to your operations.

Can contractors use SafeProG?

Yes. Contractors are onboarded, pre-qualified, monitored and scored across their lifecycle, and a contractor whose documents lapse loses site access automatically. Contractor seats are free and unlimited.

Can workers report safety observations without an account?

Yes. Workers, visitors and contractors report observations by scanning a site QR code — no login, no app install. This is deliberate: participation is what moves culture, and a login screen is where participation stops. Further channels such as WhatsApp are on the roadmap, not available today.

Does SafeProG work offline?

Yes. The app installs to a phone and keeps working without a signal — in a basement, a lift, or a site with no coverage. Anything submitted offline is queued and syncs when the connection returns.

Where is our data held?

Customer records are stored in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every organisation's data is isolated server-side, and your data is never used to train AI models. The Security page sets out the controls in full.
